Maybe it just isn't time for me to awake to my life's purpose just right now. After all, I'm only 43. Just a baby, really. Plenty of time for that serious stuff this summer?
I'm going to re-read Harry Potter / Deathly Hallows. You mean if I want to find out the hooopla of this book I"m going to have to read it myself?
And that's not likely to happen....since I quit reading "Oprah's" picks when all she was picking were stories of women struggling and sadness. All I need to do to read that junk is check out the tabloids. I want to be entertained when I read.

Having said that, a good friend of mine recenetly suggested I check out some of the other works by Philippa Gregory. So, I'm going back in time thanks to this delightful woman's book suggestions. YOu really should listen to her...she's got good taste in books.Marthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15504252339539190830noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4993206674481118848.post-57356487639848611682008-03-16T20:59:00.000-06:002008-03-16T20:59:00.000-06:00I've heard fabulous things about this book too but...I've heard fabulous things about this book too but have not yet purchased it because there is so much emotional drama in my life right now I'm just not sure I could give it a fair read. My most recent reads are Memory Keeper's Daughter by Kim Edwards, Everyone Else's Girl by Megan Crane (very funny and light) and Waiting by Deb Ginsberg.Vanessahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14149777435132497067noreply@blogger.com
