Want to know what I am wearing this very second? Red tee shirt that says

Inspi(red)

Not kidding! Too funny! I want one like you posted to give to a certain someone!

What is with all the (red) stuff anyway? Clearly, I am missing something. Is it supporting the troops or something? In which case, I'm sure they would love THAT particular slogan. Hmmm...

Sorry, that was me, accidentally posting the same comment twice. So I deleted the second one, but then it says "deleted comment" which would only lead to speculation, so I thought I would comment, YET AGAIN! to clarify that it was me - saying nothing. again.

It's to help Africa survive AIDs by all of us imbracing our inner consumer. I think it wasy an Oprah started thing? Or am I just a headline skimmer?

"turn red to fight aids" I think is how it goes. Global Fund, aids, tb, malaria. What would we know without our Oprah?

Vanessa, I remember you have a red ipod, right? didn't they donate proceeds from the red ones? I almost bought the same Gap shirt as you, too. How funny.

Ganelle- bahahahahah! I've done that "delete comment" thing before, and then had to explain myself also. Just so there's no hurt feelings or suspicious thoughts.

I do have the product red iPod as well. I'm amazed you remembered, I told you that so long ago! Bono of U2 fame is also an originator of the product red campaign. Oprah has done much to help further the cause as well. I don't remember if they started it together or the details of how exactly it happened.

Ahhh, Bono. Irish accent and philanthropy. Love him!!!
